Pack the Items
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Place them securely in the original packaging along with the invoice.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, a courier partner will be assigned to collect the package from your doorstep within 3-5 business days.
Quality Check and Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, your exchange will be dispatched or your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
